How much will it cost?
It depends on the scope of the work. After a short conversation I will give you the price up front, so you know what to expect.
Where do you work?
In Slovakia. I come in person by arrangement, and many things I can solve remotely.
Do you also help with small jobs, like one computer or home Wi-Fi?
Yes. I help with a single laptop as well as a whole business network.
What should I include when I get in touch?
What is not working or what you want to achieve, which devices you have and where you are. A photo or the device model helps too.
Can I keep the equipment I already have?
If it is in good shape, I build on it. When something new is needed, I recommend proven equipment that fits your budget.
Will I get the passwords and access afterwards?
Yes. You receive all access details, passwords and a short guide. You do not depend on me or anyone else.
